Meet Steve Kavanagh

Steve brings diverse experience from his industry background and cross functional experience including sales, marketing, category management and operations. Prior to consulting, Steve spent more than 20 years at Johnson and Johnson/Pfizer, where he held numerous leadership roles and was able to profitably grow sales across a diverse set of categories with iconic brands including: Listerine (oral care), Reactine (allergy), Tylenol (cough/cold), Zantac (digestive health), Aveeno and Neutrogena (beauty).
Steve also has vast experience in grocery categories with sales leadership roles at Sunrype (Fruit to go) and Lassonde (Oasis, Allens, Delmonte).

A die-hard Toronto Maple Leafs fan and season ticket holder, when Steve is not watching the Leafs, he enjoys cycling, working out, golfing, playing hockey, hanging out by the pool and watching the sunsets at his cottage on Lake Huron.
A long time Aurora, Ontario resident, and forever proud University of Guelph Gryphon, Steve loves looking for new restaurants, is always up for a new adventure, is a student of the Vince Lombardi rules of coaching, and enjoys spending time and travelling with his wife and two daughters.
